Questions that are easier to settle before loading day

Facility access, item condition, and keep/remove decisions matter as much as unit size.

What does a storage unit cleanout include?

The documented service covers sorting support, lifting, loading, hauling, and a broom-clean finish for approved items. The exact scope is reviewed before work starts.

What items can be part of the load?

Boxes, bagged household goods, furniture, mattresses, disconnected appliances, electronics, office items, and general nonhazardous contents may be considered.

What items need advance review?

Chemicals, paint, fuel, pressurized containers, loose batteries, damaged electronics, liquids, pests, wet materials, broken glass, and very heavy equipment should be disclosed before scheduling.

Can some items stay in the unit?

Yes. Mark or separate them clearly and keep one decision-maker available for uncertain items.

Do I have to move things to the hallway?

No. Leave approved items in the unit and preserve a practical path where possible.

Can a cleanout happen if I am not there?

It may be possible when the owner and facility authorize access and the keep/remove process and final check are agreed in advance.

What information helps with an estimate?

Unit size, clear photos, the largest items, approximate volume, gate details, floor, elevator or stairs, corridor length, and loading position.

Is the quote based only on unit size?

No. Weight, item type, sorting, disassembly, access, and carrying distance can change the work.

When is the price confirmed?

The crew reviews the actual scope and confirms the estimate before loading begins.

Will the unit be swept?

A broom-clean finish is part of the supplied service process. The renter should still confirm the facility’s move-out standard.

Do I close the rental with LoadEasy?

No. The renter remains responsible for locks, facility inspection, account closure, and billing.

What are the business hours?

Daily, 6:00 AM–6:00 PM. Appointment availability must be confirmed directly.
